Ability to Change and Grow – Cole Stone & Associates started in 2008 in Ann Arbor, Michigan providing accounting services, insurance products and tax compliance. Over the years our organizations goals has started to transition to more strategic planning and consulting.  We will continue to move towards developing expert knowledge of trends in the insurance, financial guidance and human resources industries to ensure both personal and business success.  Super excited as she is getting into podcasting and public speaking about her career crazy, while helping others in HR and  business realize All Failures are Welcome. 

Ability to be Transparent – Nicole D. W. Sumpter owner of Cole Stone & Associates, brings a background of 24 years of experience in various fields such as business management, insurance and financial services, public administration and human resource management. She was recently elected as the Vice President and Member of the Executive Board of Directors for Detroit LERA.  She holds a SHRM-CP, a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a minor in Accounting and a Masters in Public Administration  from the University of Phoenix. In addition she holds a graduate certificate in Human Resource management from Central Michigan University.  She has worked for State Farm Insurance, Keller Williams Realty and  currently works for Van Buren Charter Township in local government as the Human Resource Director.
